At Subcostume. we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 30-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all our products except for personal designed items. Imageware AS is a Norwegian company and is obliged to follow Norwegian law in general, and consumer law in particular for Norwegian citizens. Therefore, customers in Norway have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 14 days of the date the item is delivered. This applies to all our products except for personal designed items. If "Angrefristskjema" is not enclosed with the order by delivery, the right to return is three months. To cancel your purchase according to law or our regulations, please fill in our Contact Form including the reason for the return. We will send you a return code and further instructions. Please package the items securely and send it to us using the address we provide in the return documentation. For your protection recommend that you use a "registered delivery" (with tracking) if the value of the return is more than USD 50,00.Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is damaged or defective. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of the order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the items normal postage charge. Our return policy
To ensure the safe and correct return of your items, please follow the guidelines below:
- Please go to our contact form to describe the reason for your return, your original order number, your name, address, e-mail and phone number. - We will send you a return code and further information on how and where to ship the items. We only accept returns after prior contact with us. Please note that items that are returned without a return authorization number will not be refunded. » Contact form 30-day return guarantee
Our 30-day* return guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are damaged or defective. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are damaged or defect.
* Note: Our returns guarantee does not include personalized products** especially produced for you based on your own design. ** Note: When designing your own personalized products using our Design Studio you were told that "what you see is what you get". That means that we will do our utmost to produce your personal product of highest quality according to your design, but there will always be some minor color differences, and if you use a low-resolution image you will receive a low-resolution print/decoration from us. In general we are unable to exchange or refund items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. Return a damaged, defective or incorrect item

» Contact form If the item was damaged in transit, you can return the item/s to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange. If the item is defective, you have the right to return the item within 30 days of receipt for exchange if the item is a mobile phone cover or a non-electronic accessory. If your item is a Bluetooth headset, speaker or other electronic accessory, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer locally instead of returning the item to us. If we sent you an incorrect order (an order or item you did not order) you must fill in out contact form as soon as it comes to your knowledge that it is incorrect to be sure you are not charged for it. We will instruct you how to return the item, replace the item with what you actually ordered or how to purchase the received item if you want to keep it. In the event of Subcostume. sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to Imageware.no within 30 days. Subcostume. reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order on which Subcostume. confirms we will issue the replacement. » Contact form When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item and notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return. Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the items to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. Subcostume. will inspect all items returned as damaged or defective. If we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item and to recover our fees and expenses from you. Items returned within the "cooling off period" By law, customers located in Norway and the European Union have certain rights Imageware.no follows as a Norwegian and European company. When you are withdrawing from your purchase within the cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows: - Where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred. - Where you are returning an entire order, we will refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred - Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you. - We will not refund your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective. Items returned under our 30-day returns guarantee When you are withdrawing from your purchase in less than 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. We will not refund your costs in returning the items to us. Note: You are not entitled to return a personalized item unless it is damaged, defective or incorrect. An item is not damaged or defective if the printed decoration is of bad quality as a result of bad quality on uploaded images. Minor color differences must also be tolerated. |
